Biography
Eline is a practical and creative lawyer specialising in labour law. She has many years of experience advising employers on individual dismissal aspects, reorganisations, outsourcing projects and employee participation. In addition, Eline has a great deal of experience in procedures relating to the dismissal/appointment of statutory directors; her many years of experience in the field of corporate law are put to good use here.

Eline has an extensive network of HR managers who make use of her expertise within national and international medium-sized companies and start-ups.

Eline always aims to find a practical and creative solution for the entrepreneurs she assists, but if this is not within reach, she pulls out all the stops to ensure a good result. She does this by giving advice, acting as a sounding board, guiding mediation processes, and through litigation (from summary proceedings, to appeal and, if necessary, attachment and/or securing evidence).
