Julie van Meeteren

Biography

Julie works within the departments labour law and mergers & acquisitions. She combines litigation and advisory work. She is incisive and sets herself apart by combining her strong analytical skills with her social antennae. Growing up in a large family she learned to collaborate early on, and she puts this skill to good use in her work.

For whom?

Her clients are entrepreneurs and medium-sized and large – national and international – companies. Because of her affinity with the event industry, Julie enjoys assisting entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry (as well as other sectors).

Experience Julie brings to the table

Julie advises employers on a variety of labour law and employment law topics, including the rules governing individual dismissal and collective redundancy, reorganisations, sickness and incapacity for work, and flexible employment. She also assists clients in mergers and acquisitions and advises companies on corporate law matters.

Due to Julie’s extensive experience in litigation, she enjoys her involvement in the litigation department.

Education & memberships

Board member of the Young Bar Association of the Central Netherlands (association years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022) and owner of an event management agency.
