Dennis is a dedicated lawyer. He specialises in corporate law. His expertise is in the field of mergers, acquisitions and (the resolution of) business disputes.
Dennis primarily deals with investment companies and shareholders or directors of medium- and large-sized companies.
Dennis serves as a regular sparring partner for entrepreneurs. He is pragmatic and 'straightforward', always looking for a possible win-win situation. By conducting both an advisory and a litigation practice, Dennis quickly sees through opportunities and risks. This ultimately leads to clear guidance in transactions, or tightly organised legal proceedings, for example at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
Besides mergers, acquisitions and corporate litigation, Dennis likes to focus on 'Corporate Governance' within companies. He advises on the design of (group) structures and shareholder agreements, in order to clarify mutual relationships or prepare companies for sale.
In 2021, Dennis completed his master's degree in Business & Law at Utrecht University. He wrote his master's thesis on the position of minority shareholders of subsidiaries in group surveys.
In 2022, Dennis organised the Young Bar Congress Foundation.
Today, Dennis is secretary of the Calveen Business Association in Amersfoort. He is also a member of the Young Dutch Corporate Finance Association.

Dennis has registered the following main area of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association: Corporate Law. Pursuant to this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten training points in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
