Biography

Julie has been a lawyer since 2019 and is passionate about employment law. Employment law is all about people, which makes it even more important not only to take the legal framework into account when advising, but to look at the bigger picture. The great thing about employment law is also that it never stands still. Social changes are constantly being anticipated and that dynamic aspect makes the field of law very interesting. In her work, Julie is incisive and stands out by combining her strong analytical skills with her social feelers. Julie has a personal approach and a trusted relationship with her clients is important to her.

For whom.

Her clients are entrepreneurs and medium-sized and large - national and international - companies. Because of her affinity with the events industry, Julie enjoys (among other things) assisting entrepreneurs in the events sector.

What experience is brought?

Julie advises employers on a variety of employment law topics, including individual and collective dismissal law, reorganisations, sickness and disability and flexible employment. Her background in a broader, civil law practice enables Julie to look at a case from different angles.

Where else to find at Marxman Lawyers?

With extensive litigation experience, Julie gets a lot of energy from her involvement in the litigation section.
