“To understand the details of a small takeover as a dispute, it is important to understand who the parties are and what motives they have. Only then can you work towards a successful completion, regardless of whether that means a settlement, successful procedure or a seamlessly completed transaction. That is why I like to be next to my clients as a pilot, preferably as early as possible. With my knowledge of disputes, I know where things can go wrong, while my transaction practice keeps me sharp to identify whether a transaction, agreement or (group) structure is solid. ”
Pieter is down-to-earth, analytical and is not easily confused. In his work Pieter likes to work with colleagues and other advisers. In his spare time Pieter can often be found on the water; swimming and sailing are two of his passions.
