Team IP, ICT & Privacy consists of lawyers and jurists (some with a background in business) specialising in intellectual property, ICT and privacy law. They closely follow technological developments and market trends.

Our team supervises national and international negotiations of automation contracts and licence agreements. We do this on both the purchase and sales side. We advise on implementation and development projects. We apply our legal knowledge and experience to arrive at the best solutions in a rapidly developing market. Agreements are laid down in clear contracts. Continuity and future-proofing of solutions are important here.

In addition to our advisory practice, we litigate in court or assist our clients in alternative dispute resolution (think arbitration or mediation). This can be done in both Dutch and English.

Our specialists in copyright, trademark and design law are also at home in media and advertising law and online sales / e-commerce. In addition, we are active in various Smart City projects.
