Marxman Advocaten's Litigation team consists of senior lawyers/partners specialising in civil procedural law. In particular, complex proceedings and strategic procedural choices have the attention of our specialists in the Litigation team

The Litigation team advises and assists at all stages of a (potential) dispute. We have extensive experience in national and international disputes, or in preventing them.

The team advises at strategic moments and makes a targeted assessment of opportunities and risks when initiating legal proceedings or defending a case. We do so with a clear objective in mind; usually, no one has an interest in protracted proceedings. We translate the sometimes confusing procedural law into practical actions and advice. Our advice is always provided in close consultation with our clients. Our lawyers focus on the (litigation) strategy and procedural aspects within all of Marxman Advocaten's professional disciplines.

Our Litigation specialists are at home in Labour Law, Commercial Contract Law and Corporate Law, among others. They are therefore able to assist entrepreneurs or contracting parties more broadly than just in terms of procedural law.
