Dear relation,

It is with pride and a touch of melancholy that we announce that our colleague and partner Labour & Organisation, Eline Beekhuis, will be leaving Marxman Advocaten as of 1 October. After no less than 17 years of dedication, growth and cooperation, Eline is taking a beautiful step in her career as a corporate lawyer at Van Wijnen.

Eline began her career at Marxman as a student intern and is an inspiring example of someone who has taken every opportunity within our firm to develop professionally and personally. Her down-to-earth attitude, unrelenting commitment and the fact that she is always there for colleagues and clients make her an exceptional professional and a much-loved colleague.

We are grateful for all that Eline has meant to Marxman, our team and our relations. We will miss her, but we are especially proud of her new challenge and wish her every success in her new role.

Over the years, our Labour & Organisation team to which Eline has belonged all along has shown that they are experts in situations that see:

In which a personal success of Eline is certainly the assistance to an employee, which resulted in fair compensation of €475,000(ECLI:NL:GHARL:2023:2818, Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal, 200.317.206) .

Van Wijnen can count itself lucky with the arrival of a great colleague. We warmly congratulate them on this valuable acquisition. Within our Labour & Organisation team, Eline will be succeeded in her role of team leader by Julie van Meeteren. Together with the rest of the team, she will secure the committed support of our relations.

On behalf of the entire Marxman team: thank you Eline, and best of luck!
