The corona crisis is having a major effect on entrepreneurs and (therefore) on employees and employers.

There are many new (government) regulations, some of which are better developed than others, and some of which have already come into force whilst others have not.
Partly as a result of this, we are finding that a great many questions are arising.

Examples include:

• Can holidays already applied for and granted be revoked?
• Can people be fired in their probationary period?
• the NOW turns out to be more complicated than intended - what can and cannot be done?
• What is the consequence of still dismissing employees with on-call contracts?
• Can we scrap the wage bill in the period for which the subsidy is applied?
• Should employees on call contracts be paid?
• Given the NOW, should fixed-term employment contracts be extended or not?
