Margreet works mainly with shareholders and directors of medium-sized and large companies and with owners of family businesses.
Margreet has experience and specialist knowledge of both insolvency law and corporate law. She is analytical but also practical and always has an eye for the personal and emotional component.
Besides mergers, acquisitions and corporate litigation, Margreet likes to focus on 'Corporate Governance' and 'Cultural Fit' within companies. She advises on the design of (group/family group) structures, shareholder agreements, board regulations or family statutes in order to clarify mutual relationships and make expectations negotiable.

Margreet has registered the following main areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association: Corporate Law. Pursuant to this registration, she is obliged to obtain ten training points in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
