On 19 November next, Team Commercial Contracts is organising a seminar on AI and they will give tips & tricks on contracting.
The seminar will cover the following topics, among others:
- AI
During this non-legal session, a strategy consultant will guide you through the possibilities of AI for your business.
- AI – legal
During this legal session, we will discuss the privacy aspects of AI and any commercial risks associated with its use. In addition, our solicitors will update you on upcoming legislation in this area.
- Tips & tricks on drafting contracts
After the break, we’ll be sharing some useful tips and tricks on draftingcontracts. Among other things, you’ll find answers to the following questions: what should you look out for when entering into a contract? What should you include in the contract? What is the correct course of action in the event of a dispute?

The seminar will take place at Buitenplaats Kameryck (Oortjespad 3, 3471 HD in Kamerik). Ample parking is available on location.
